CREATIVE CALM FOR CAREGIVERS
HAVE YOUR CREATIVE NEEDS TAKEN A QUIET BACKSEAT LATELY?
Your days are full — caregiving, errands, helping at church — and while you love serving others, there’s a quiet part of you that feels forgotten.
DO YOU FIND YOURSELF SAYING YES TO SO MUCH THAT YOUR CREATIVITY GETS QUIETLY SIDELINED?
You feel stirred to make art or write in your journal…but you keep pushing it aside for "someday," and it leaves you feeling disconnected from yourself and your faith.
HAVE YOU BEEN WONDERING IF YOUR CREATIVE VOICE IS STILL THERE, WAITING QUIETLY TO BE HEARD AGAIN?
You used to feel inspired, but now it’s been so long that you don’t even know how to begin. That small corner with your art supplies feels more like a reminder of what you haven’t done.

YOUR HOST
Meet Gabi
I created Creative Calm for Caregivers out of my own season of caregiving, grief, and soul-weariness.
When my husband was diagnosed with brain cancer, creativity became my lifeline — a quiet way to pray, process, and breathe again. I didn’t need a new identity as an “artist.” I needed a way to feel whole when everything felt broken.
Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of women through gentle, faith-rooted workshops that help them reconnect with themselves and with God through slow, intentional making.
I’m a working artist, writer, and teacher — known for blending art, rest, and spiritual reflection into practices that feel both sacred and doable.
This isn’t a painting class — it’s a quiet space to reconnect through making.

A FEW BONUSES
-

HOLDING SPACE: A GENTLE JOURNAL FOR CAREGIVERS
This bonus journal is a companion for your creative practice and your heart. Inside you’ll find guided prompts and open space to write, sketch, or pray as you process the weight and beauty of caregiving. Each page is designed to help you pause, breathe, and bring what’s on your heart before the Lord — letting creativity become a place of comfort and renewal.
-

Behind-the-Brush Voice Note
Step into the studio with me for a quiet, personal reflection recorded just for you. In this short voice note, I’ll share the heart behind Creative Calm for Caregivers — what inspired it, why this practice matters, and how I return to painting when life feels full. It’s like a gentle conversation over tea, meant to encourage you as you find your own moments of calm and creativity.
-

The Makers: A CONNECTED COMMUNITY
You don’t have to walk this creative journey alone. With this bonus, you’ll be welcomed into a gentle online space where you can share your paintings, connect with others who understand the joys and challenges of caregiving, and be encouraged along the way. It’s a place to be seen, to celebrate small steps, and to be reminded that creativity can offer rest — even in the busiest seasons.
