Steeping Stillness: A Gentle Morning of Tea & Watercolor

A quiet invitation to return to what restores—one gentle brushstroke at a time.

There’s something deeply nourishing about beginning the day slowly—
tea steeping beside you, soft light across the table, a simple beginning where light, tea, and gentle color create a rhythm all their own.

Steeping Stillness is a 90-minute watercolor workshop designed to be a pause. A practice. A return.
Created for the woman who longs to make time for art but rarely does, it offers a gentle way back into creativity—through ritual, rhythm, and rest.

In this calm, hands-on session, you’ll be guided through a soothing watercolor flow: soft sketching, light washes, and small studies inspired by quiet domestic moments—a cup, a cloth, a morning bloom. Each mark becomes a way of settling your spirit and reawakening your creative rhythm.

Whether you're new to watercolor or simply in need of a slower beginning, this workshop offers a peaceful way to enter into your day—and your art—with intention.

You’ll learn:
• How to create soft, expressive watercolor studies using simple subjects
• Gentle techniques for sketching, layering, and loosening up
• Ways to bring ritual into your creative time—through tea, light, and silence
• Creative prompts that invite stillness and reflection

You’ll walk away with:
• A finished watercolor study (or two) painted with calm and care
• A quiet rhythm you can return to in future mornings
• A renewed sense of connection between art, rest, and daily life

This is a space to pause.
To steep.
To remember that you don’t need a perfect plan—just a moment of stillness and a willingness to begin.

Come pour your tea, pick up your brush, and return to the quiet.
